The European Chamber very much welcomes the National Health Commission(NHC)'s decision to collect opinions on the National Food Safety Standard General Standard for the Labeling of Prepackaged Foods (Draft for Comments). Upon careful study of the draft, the European Chamber Agriculture, Food and Beverage Working Group, Paediatric Nutrition Working Group, Food for Special Medical Purposes Working Group, and Cheese Working Group have collated all member inputs and submitted them to the SAMR for their consideration. The Call for Comments started on 31 Dec, 2019.
