European Chamber President meets with Commissioner for Environment Virginijus Sinkevicius

On 24th September, a group of European Chamber representatives led by President Jens Eskelund met with Commissioner for Environment Virginijus Sinkevicius ahead of his meetings with Chinese stakeholders in Beijing in the context of both the High-Level Dialogue on Circular Economy and the Dialogue on Water Management. President Eskelund provided an overview of the key challenges European businesses face in the Chinese market. The rest of participants shared the views from the perspective of different industries, ranging from financial services and environmental services to energy and chemicals.
