European Chamber South China Board attends the 2021 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference

European Chamber South China Board attended the 2021 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference on Dec 15th at Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House.

Shenzhen Party Secretary Mr Wang Weizhong presented the opening speech, and Shenzhen Mayor Mr Qin Weizhong hosted the conference. There are over 260 foreign investment projects discussed and signed during the conference, with over 820 billion Yuan investment amount involved. 

European Chamber South China Board Chair Mr Klaus Zenkel, and South China Board members Mr Gianluca Giorgi and Ms. Joanna Ye attended the event. Mr Zenkel was interviewed by CCTV to discuss the business environment for foreign investment in Shenzhen, and attended the VIP dinner with Shenzhen Mayor Mr Qin Weizhong after the conference.
