Participation in the Yancheng Hydrogen Energy Summit

European Chamber Energy Working Group representatives participated in the Yancheng Hydrogen Energy Summit on 15th November, jointly organised by the China Hydrogen Alliance and Yancheng Municipal People’s Government, and supported by the China-Europe Energy Innovation Cooperation Office.
Liu Wei, Secretary General of China Hydrogen Energy Alliance, and Tang Jing, Vice Mayor of Yancheng City, delivered opening speeches respectively. Zhonghua Xu, Energy Working Group National Chair moderated “Part 2 High-end Dialogue: Building a Green-Hydrogen Industrial Base in the Yangtze River Delta”.
Topics of the Summit covered hydrogen production, storage, transport, processing and local absorption; building of electricity-hydrogen coupling systems; demonstration and application of fuel cell vehicles, etc. In addition, the Summit explored the use of Yancheng’s wind, solar and other green energy resources to accelerate the construction of green hydrogen energy bases in the Yangtze River Delta region.
