Energy WG Networking Event: EU-China Energy Night

On Friday 10th September, the Energy Working Group has organised a social networking event "EU-China Energy Night". Around 150 representatives from the European and Chinese energy sector, including embassies and consulates, relevant ministries, key industry associations, energy companies, think tanks, etc. attended the event. The event was divided into two parts: the first part included keynote speeches from China Photovoltaic Industry Association, Biomass Energy Industry Promotion Association and Chinese Wind Energy Association on the Outlook of China's 14th Five-Year Energy Plan and Green Energy Transition. The second part was a Cocktail Party for working group members to get to know each other and interact with key stakeholders.

The European Chamber's Energy Working Group is dedicated to promoting EU-China cooperation and exchanges in the energy sector. The Working Group regularly holds working-level seminars, workshops and networking events to bring together European companies from the upstream, midstream and downstream energy chains to discuss energy policies, laws and regulations and industry developments.
