Advisory Council members meet with Chinese Ambassador to the EU

On Thursday, 10th June, a group of Advisory Council members led by European Chamber President Joerg Wuttke met with Chinese Ambassador to the EU, H.E. Zhang Ming. The discussion, in which members had the opportunity to raise their concerns to the Ambassador, covered a wide variety of topics, including the travel restrictions for foreign employees and their families; the future of EU-China relations in general and of the Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) in particular; and the potential for EU-China cooperation in areas like climate change, among others.
