Letter to the Beijing Communication Administration (BJCA) on Questions on the Value-added Telecom Services Licence Application on B14-Internet Access Services and the Opening-up of domestic VPN services for Foreign Investment in Beijing

The European Chamber ICT Working Group sent a letter to the Beijing Communication Administration (BJCA) on companies' difficulties to accessing of the B14-Internet Access Services licence under the value-added telecom services (VATS) and the Opening-up of domestic VPN services for Foreign Investment in Beijing.
On 27th September, the BJCA called back and gave feedback indicating the right application channels.
