Meeting with Dalian Business Environment Construction Bureau Minutes

To start the meeting, WF warmly introduced the Bureau, their scale of work, their achievements and plans for the future.

 

HY thanked WF for the introduction and then briefed them about the EUCCC delegation. Then each member of the delegation introduced their suggestions and issues.

 

JK suggested Dalian to allow the International Schools to accept Chinese students.

 

SG first appreciated the improvement of business environment in Dalian and then suggested:

A, Dalian to provide some financial support as BPI system in France during the crisis.

B, Short entry for customers to come to China to check the products

He also send two specific applications on:

A, Dalian High Tech Park to pay the subsidy of 200,000 rmb to high tech companies like ODC Marine.

B, Continue the subsidy for companies who are keeping their stuff.

 

HK welcomed the interactions with the bureau and expressed his will to cooperate and have more of these meetings.

 

LG considers Dalian as her home and advocated:

A, Dalian to offer stable VPN and equal treatment of 5G services to foreign investment.

B, Better English in Infrastructures

C, Stable Electricity supply during working days

 

MRC advocated a platform to help women to become entrepreneurs

 

WF agreed that this would be the first of many meetings and welcomed the suggestions of all the participants.

 

JLG appreciated the entrepreneurs to care for Dalian and came to the bureau to give suggestions. He then pointed that Dalian has a strength to be more internationalized. Business Environment Construction is emphasized by whole China and China’s Business Environment has raised.

 

Many of the problems, questions and suggestions raised by the delegation were clearly answered the following work day. And the issues that require planning and co-ordination will take some time and Dalian will come up with specific plans and feedback in a timely manner.  Both sides are looking forward to future cooperation.
