Mr. LIU replied the questions and concerns from the members companies on the pending promulgation of Provisional Measures of Carbon Emission Right Trading System; the launch of National Trading system; the involvement of the pilot enterprises in the aeronautic industry; the calculation standards of CO2 emission; the integration of current pilot markets into the national market; the standard for including the pilot enterprises, the implementation of MRV system and the information transparency on quantity of carbon emission, trading and allowance.
The members express their intention to further exchange with the MEE and the other relative institutions on the topics of allowance and cooperate performance under the carbon emission right system.
