Submitted comments to MEM on Guidelines for the Investigation and Management of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises' Risk

On 2 August, the European Chamber's Environment and Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Refining working groups submitted comments to the Ministry of Emergency Management on Guidelines for the Investigation and Management of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises' Risk (Draft for Comment).

The Chamber recommended some rewording to clarify the scope of the guidelines, and suggested to put greater emphasis on various safety checks but lessen the burden of inspection frequencies.
