Presentation on Anti-monopoly Practice and Retail Price Compliance by Anti-monopoly and Price Supervision Office of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Regulation

On 8^th April, officials from the Anti-monopoly and Price Supervision Office of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Supervision gave a presentation on anti-monopoly practice and retail price compliance at the Compliance and Business Compliance working group meeting.

The officials introduced the new responsibilities of the office and administration following the government restructuring. They also shared recent developments in the anti-monopoly legislation and enforcement, the 2019 work priorities, as well as cases relevant to retail price compliance. The presentation was followed by a 30-minute Q&A session with the audience, which included in-house counsels, compliance officers and auditors.
