Serafino introduced the purpose of the meeting and then quickly went through the progress of auto components position paper related policy development in China related to NDRC, MOT and MOFCOM.

CLEPA Director of aftermarket Frank introduced the OEM concerns and the possible threats to OPS on security and market access to the end user brought by the Telematics development and introduced us 3 DGs related to this work (DG MOVE, DG GROW and DG CONNECT). On Type of Approval, EP will make a decision this Thursday 9 February and public work on consultation in 2017 for this is foresees.
