岗位职责:
1. 组织人员对成品进行检验
1. Organize the staff to inspect the finished product.
2. 对生产过程中发现的质量问题进行妥善处理
2. Duly handle those quality problems found during the production process.
3. 组织相关人员对产品质量问题和客户意见进行分析,并提出改善措施
3. Organize the related staff to analyze the product’s quality problems and customers’ opinion, as well as to propose the improvement measures.
4. 负责产品质量的持续改进和提高工作
4. Be responsible for the consistent improvement and advancement of product‘s quality.
5. 组织对质量事故进行调查,书写调查报告
5. Organize the survey of the quality accident and completion of the survey report.
6. 负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训
6. Be responsible for organizing the training in quality management system and quality control.
7.其他必要时分配的工作

Skills & experience
任职要求:
1. 良好的英语口头和书面表达能力,具有撰写质量报告的能力。
1. Good oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to write quality reports.
2.能适应频繁出差(每月出差15天左右)
2. Can adapt to frequent business trips (about 15 days per month)
3.具有指定质量检验标准的能力
3. Ability to specify quality inspection standards
4.三年以上质量工作经验,熟悉质量工具和方法。
4. At least 3 years quality working experience, familiar with quality tools and methods
