Job description
1) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
2) Understand, in depth, all relevant business processes supported by the various systems.
3) Ensure application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete.
4) Ensure that applications and related services are documented and kept current.
5) Identify faults and issues and recommend appropriate paths to resolution, and fix as appropriate.
6) Install, maintain and troubleshoot all office-based servers, computers and other hardware that is not under maintenance warranty.
7) Monitor, manage and maintain network infrastructure and services – internet, site-to-site VPN, intranet, wireless system, video conferencing system and any other relevant systems.
8) Response to IT service outages and other IT issues across the system and network, to ensure business continuity.
9) Manage website maintenance and any structural upgrades.
10) Support for all IT-system related projects.
11) Tracking IT software and hardware assets and warranties.
12) Be responsible for solving end-user problems through calls, emails, remote desktop software and face-to-face meetings.
