为落实国务院简政放权的要求，规范电子出版物出版、制作活动，根据《出版管理条例》及有关法律法规，国家新闻出版广电总局起草了《电子出版物出版管理规定（修订征求意见稿）》。为增强立法透明度，提高立法质量，现向社会公开征求意见。
