The event will include an introduction to the site, an exchange session with Covestro, and a guided bus tour, followed by lunch at the CISS canteen. The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the 2025-2026 WG Chair/Vice-Chair Election of the Legal and Competition WG v2 and its WG meeting on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR, topic to be confirmed). It will be held on 15:00 – 16:30 Thursday 6th November, offline at the European Chamber Shanghai Office, as well as online. At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to elect new Vice Chairs for the working group and get insights from the global perspectives on ADR. The Chair and Vice Chairs play a crucial role in driving the WG, which includes a leadership role in the drafting of the WG Position Paper, communicating key messages to Chinese and European government authorities, and steering Working Group meetings. Please note that starting from the 2025 election cycle, Chairs and Vice-Chairs will have a two-year term renewable by another two-year term, counting from March 2025.
