EURObiz Magazine - November/December 2017

China currently suffers from a range of different medical conditions. High hospital costs, driven by economic development, risks alienating people with low incomes who do not enjoy access to the recent improvements made in China’s healthcare system. This is why the European Chamber has continually advocated for better market conditions that can help facilitate easier access to healthcare. To better understand this issue, European Chamber members have contributed articles to EURObiz on a number of different issues relating to healthcare, including health system sustainability in China, innovations in the pharmaceutical industry and the benefits of utilising post-acute medical facilities. Also featured in this issue:

  • An analysis of the impact the 19th Party Congress will have on foreign business
