Event Terms and Conditions

  • The European Chamber reserves the right to make changes to the agenda whenever necessary.
  • We require 24 hours' notice prior to the event for cancellations of any confirmed registrations. No-shows who fail to cancel before this time will be invoiced in full for the event.
  • The Chatham House rule applies to all events unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page.
  • Terms and conditions can vary slightly for different types of events. Please refer to the relevant event page for the most applicable terms and conditions.
  • If you are unable to attend an event for which you have a confirmed registration, we are happy to accept a substitute in your place.
  • We are unable to transfer registrations between events.

Anti-monopoly Law Rules

The European Chamber would like to kindly remind all participants that in accordance with the Anti-monopoly Law (AML) , no commercial sensitive information including competitively sensitive information should be exchanged or discussed at this meeting.


If inappropriate topics are raised during the meeting, please note the following:

  • You should formally disassociate yourself from the discussion, ask for the discussion to be ended immediately and for your protests to be included in the minutes.
  • You should leave the meeting if the inappropriate discussion is not immediately ended and ask for your objections to be recorded in the minutes.
  • European Chamber staff should ensure that the matter is immediately reported to the Chamber’s management team.

Each attendee is responsible for his/her actions and should get professional advice if in doubt.
