2014年9月1日--中国欧盟商会婴幼儿营养工作组正式发布《中国欧盟商会婴幼儿营养工作组成员婴儿配方食品行业行为准则》（下称《行业行为准则》），并于2014年9月1日正式生效。该《行业行为准则》以中国法律法规为基础，并参考了国际行业规范，进一步明确强调了婴儿配方食品企业在管理和宣传等方面的行为规范。该行为准则的发布旨在通过敦促各成员企业加强自律，针对零至六个月婴儿的配方食品实施更严格的营销行为合规方案，从而促进中国婴幼儿营养品市场的健康发展，为婴儿提供高品质的营养配方食品。
