At present, most of HR lacks the ability of human resources data analysis, and the understanding of data analysis also stays in the stage of excel charting, and the skills of data analysis are only the simple report processing and basic chart design of excel, and the data analysis level only stays at the basic data recording and description level, and cannot analyze the data in combination with the company's business and strategy.

SANSILVESTRO is located in Novello, in the heart of Langhe, a range of hills with much to offer, in exchange though for hard work, passion and courage.
Founded in 1871 by Sartirano Giovanni and led by the Sartirano family for manually harvested in its vineyards in the Langhe and from vineyards to be found in the Roero and in the Monferrato. SANSILVESTRO wines are the leading Piedmonts’ D.O.C. and D.O.C.G., produced with the utmost respect for the territory and tradition. The winery was designed to harmoniously blend itself into the surrounding scenery, without forgetting the most innovative and up-to-date technology.
