09:10-10:30 Road Riding Session 公路骑行比赛(10km*3圈) 路线-江苏园博园外围，参考行者APP路书编号#4995040

10:30-11:00 Awards Session 颁奖仪式及大合影

Notes注意事项：

1.请以公司为单位报名，每家单位最少4名比赛人员组成一组参加联谊赛，骑行总距离大约30KM，无领队，队员需码表导入路书或使用行者APP查看路书（路书将在骑行前一周发给领队）。费用为每4人1800元（会员）；3600元（非会员），均包含午餐食盒。请自带能量和水分补充。 Please apply the cycling as the company basis. At least 4 riders as a group from each company to participate. The total cycling route is about 32km. No Route leader provided, please download the route to your GPS device or use "行者 APP" to guide and monitor your route. Fee: RMB 1800 per 4 persons (members) while RMB 3600 (non-member), lunch box included. Bring your own energy food and water.

2. 所有报名人员请自行购买保险，活动当天发生的一切事故，主办方不承担任何责任。

All riders should purchase insurance by yourselves. The organizer will not take any responsibility for any accidents that occur on the day of the event.

3. 建议自带合适的自行车参赛, 建议公路车。

It is recommended to bring a suitable bicycle to participate.

4. 联谊赛并非正式竞速比赛，最终我们将根据最快到达终点者及最早到达终点的团体，列出个人及团体冠亚季军，并颁发奖杯或奖牌。团体赛成绩以最后一名到达终点的队员先后次序排名。

It is not an official race. In the end, we will list the individual and team winners and award trophies or Medals according to the fastest and the earliest group to reach the finish line. Team results are ranked in the order of the last team member to reach the finish line.

5. 未尽事宜，主办方拥有最终解释权。

The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation for matters not mentioned.

6. 报名截止时间：4月25日。请至文末下载运动员报名表，按照一组4人填写，如有多队，则复制该表后填写。

This event has limited seating and requires registration and payment in advance. No walk-ins accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend this event, please cancel your registration at least 3-working days before. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
