【课程背景 Background】
目前，“双碳”工作参与人员资格现行具权威规范有效的，即温室气体管理师，中国认证认可协会CCAA于2024年10月16日发布并实施《温室气体管理师评价规范》，将温室气体管理师纳入认证人员管理系统。为积极响应政府号召，助力实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标，必维（Bureau Veritas，简称BV）凭借多年在“碳服务”领域积累的国内外专业经验和能力，推出温室气体管理师标准课程，并已完成中国认证认可协会（CCAA）温室气体管理师基础知识培训备案！（课程备案号：BA2025005）这意味着在必维完成培训并最终通过考核的学员能获得带有CCAA培训编号的培训证书。
本课程以国内外温室气体排放控制与管理标准要求和实践经验为基础，以提升企业机构人员实施温室气体控制与管理能力水平为重点，实现温室气体控制与管理能力满足国家法规和政策要求的目标。
GHG managers is the current authoritative, standardized and effective qualifications of participating Carbon neutrality and carbon peaking work. On October 16, 2024, China Certification and Accreditation Association issued and implemented the "Evaluation Code for GHG Managers", incorporating greenhouse gas managers into the certification personnel management system. In order to actively respond to the government's requirement and help achieve the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality", Bureau Veritas (BV) has launched greenhouse gas managers course based on its years of domestic and foreign professional experience and capabilities accumulated in the field of "carbon services". And BV has completed the registration of basic knowledge training for greenhouse gas managers by China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA, Course number: BA2025005) , which means that students who complete training at Bureau Veritas and finally pass the assessment can receive a training certificate with a CCAA training number.
This course is based on the requirements of domestic and foreign greenhouse gas emission control and management standards and practical experience, and focuses on improving the ability of corporate and institutional personnel to implement greenhouse gas control and management, so as to achieve the goal of meeting the requirements of national regulations and policies.
