COURSE DETAILS课程详情
The Executive and Leadership Coaching Essentials Level One program enables anyone new to coaching, and also experienced coaches seeking recognition, to acquire expertise in conducting effective coaching activities. It equips participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, techniques, and skills to enable them to apply their learnings in real business situations.
The program utilises a unique “Acquisition-Application-Integration” approach to develop coaches who walk the talk. The participants’ journey will include: pre-reading, an intensive 3-day training program, a reflective learning task, a Supervised Coaching Internship (SCI), and two Competencies Master Classes (CMC).
寻求ICF认证的管理者都可以参加ISLC高管与领导力教练的一阶课程，获得开启教练之旅的专业知识。课程为学员提供了必要的知识工具和技能，使其能够在商业环境中学以致用。
本课程采用独特的“知识获得-实践应用-融会贯通”的路径。培训体系包含课前预习、5天的集中培训课程（3+2模式：即3天的模块一课程，2天的优势导向教练大师讲堂）、学习回顾作业和督导教练实习 (SCI, 非必须) 。

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?第一阶课程目标受众
Professional experience in the business world is a prerequisite to attend the Level One Program as we focus on Executive Coaching. The program aims to improve the working and personal life of the person being coached, as a result it also improves organizational effectiveness. Coaching knowledge and previous experience in coaching is helpful but not necessary to attend the Level One Program.

FUTURE PATHWAY进阶路径
Successful completion of all requirements leads to ISLC Level One Certificate.
Level One graduates are eligible to attend Level Two which will provide them with enhanced coaching skills to work in environments of greater complexity.
成功完成所有课程的学员将获得ISLC第一阶证书。
第一阶课程毕业学员可以继续参加第二阶课程。从而深化教练技能，提升教练认知，使其能在更复杂的环境中应用教练。
QUALIFICATION & ACCREDITATION国际认证及资格
ISLC offers two ICF credentials training programs, corresponding with the quantity of education and coaching experience required to earn it. The credentials are:
ISLC可提供两种ICF国际教练认证培训计划，在完成对应的教练培训及教练实操时间后，学员可获认证资格。
ALUMNI NETWORK校友网络
After graduating from Level One, all alumni join the worldwide ISLC online community giving them access to the faculty. The alumni community has access to a wide variety of resources, including webinars, reading lists, sample coaching engagement contracts, the ISLC and ICF codes of ethics (CoE), and samples of coaching contract proposals.
Additionally, alumni can pose questions to the community to explore global best practice. Alumni members are invited to face to face and online events in their region.
Completion of Module One is a prerequisite for people interested in working with ISLC as an Associate.
所有校友，完成ISLC第一阶课程后，即可加入全球ISLC在线社区，他们能够与教师团队和校友们保持联系，并合理利用知识库中的资源。
校友可以在社区提出问题，探索全球最佳实践。校友成员将被邀请参加他们所在地区的线上和线下活动。
如有意愿成为ISLC的签约教练，校友至少需要完成ISLC一阶课程的学习。
