The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber), along with the Department of Science and Technology of Shanxi Province, the Multinational Corporation Carbon Neutrality Forum 50 (MNC50) and the Shanxi Research Institute of Huairou Laboratory, will jointly organise the upcoming Panel Forum: Energy Transition and Low-Carbon Innovation in Taiyuan, Shanxi on 7th September. Speakers invited are Nicholas Lardy, non-resident Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute, and Ran Tao, professor in the School of Humanities and Social Science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK).

The European Chamber is delighted to invite Mr Zhang Hongyuan and Ms Liu Chang, partners at Shihui Law Firm, to share their expertise on hot topics and challenges faced by enterprises in staff management. They will introduce the most up-to-date practices in corporate staff management and internal risk control, as well as discuss common issues and specific problems confronted by foreign companies operating in China in terms of staff management.
