China’s Ministry of Commerce (“MOFCOM”) issued a decision on October 28, 2015, with effectiveness on the same day, to amend 29 departmental rules and normative documents. A greater part of the amendments concerns foreign investment related rules.
At this meeting we will have the pleasure to welcome Ms Cara Meng and Mr Stephen Wu, Senior Associate, Taylor Wessing. Ms Meng and Mr Wu will give a presentation on MOFCOM rules on foreign-invested enterprises.
