As you may know, every year, the President of the European Chamber leads a delegation of senior representatives to present the annual Position Paper to high level representatives of the European Union Institutions in Brussels. This year the trip took place in the last week of September. In an effort to create awareness about this important initiative and to follow up on the outcome of these high level meetings, the Chamber would like to invite you to a meeting for a debriefing session with Massimo Bagnasco, VP of the Chamber.

In this meeting, Mr. Michael Tan from Taylor Wessing and Mr. Kyle Freeman from Dezan Shira will discuss the implications of the newly issued E-Commerce Law, as well as the opportunities European businesses and more concretely SMEs can find by embracing an e-commerce model in China.
