Advocating the concept of low carbon and developing a low carbon economy has become a global consensus. China, as a responsible major country in the world, has explicitly proposed the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" and has formulated clear strategies for this, known as the "Dual Carbon Strategy."
