Lobby Letter Submitted to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) on the Growth Challenges of Three Financial Working Groups

On 11st July, the European Chamber’s Banking & Securities working group, Insurance working group and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) working group sent a joint letter to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) on the Growth Challenges foreign financial institutes come cross in China. The bilingual letter, starting with a cover letter co-signed with European Banking Federation, is 20-pages long, listing 4 issues from banks and 2 issues from leasing companies.
