Meeting with Shanxi Investment Promotion Bureau

On 11th December 2023, a delegation led by the party secretary and director-general of Shanxi Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau paid a visit to European Chambe Beijing Office.  DG Yang introduced the recent economic and industrial development in Shanxi and expressed wished to strength cooperation with European companies in key areas such as energy, new material and photovoltaic items etc. Shanxi provincial government is planning to organise FIEs Shanxi tour in May or September next year and voiced their hope to invite chamber representatives and member companies to attend. The Chamber representative thanked DG yang and his colleagues' visit and briefed them about chamber's recent work and key publications.  Next, the two sides will maintain close communication for any potential cooperation opportunities.
