为进一步推进分布式光伏发电示范区建设，充分发挥分布式光伏发电在引导社会投资、特别是民间资本投资方面的作用，根据国家发展改革委《关于发布首批基础设施等领域鼓励社会投资项目的通知》（发改基础[2014]918号）相关要求，公布列入国家首批基础设施等领域鼓励社会投资项目的30个分布式光伏发电应用示范区的名单。
