Ms. Yan Liu
Liu Yan joined the China Automotive Strategy and Policy Research Center under the China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. (CATARC) in 2016. She currently serves as a Senior Engineer, specialising in research on global automotive industrial and supply chain developments, automotive exports, key overseas automotive markets developments, tariff policies, and international trade and economic rulebooks. Yan has long supported relevant Chinese government authorities — including the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), etc— on automotive industry internationsalistion.
Ms. Yingdi Wang
Wang Yingdi joined the China Automotive Strategy and Policy Research Center under the China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. (CATARC) in 2022. She currently serves as an Engineer, specialising in research on China’s automotive exports and related policy developments, external policy and trade instruments adopted by Western countries, as well as key overseas automotive markets and regulatory developments. She has been deeply involved in more than 20 automotive internationalisation research projects commissioned by Chinese government authorities — including the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) — as well as by automotive enterprises.
