Ms Liu Chang is the Chair of European Chamber’s Government Affairs Forum in 2018-2020 tenure. She has 20 years’ experience working in multinational companies both overseas and in China.
With abundant experience and in-depth understanding in policy and regulation analysis and their impacts on the development of foreign-invested enterprises in China,
Ms Liu Chang is also quite capable of cultivating and enhancing interactions with corporate and government stakeholders concerning policy advice and consultation.
