Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) is fast becoming the global standard for investors seeking responsible investment opportunities. This framework requires companies to provide data on carbon emissions, employee health and safety, diversity and business ethics, among others. More and more companies are embedding ESG in their corporate strategy to pursue sustainable development. The younger generations entering the workforce are highly motivated by an employer’s ability to demonstrate the purpose and value of its social impact. How should we integrate ESG into the corporate human resources (HR) strategy, and how can we develop talent with ESG skills?
At this year’s annual Human Capital Conference, the European Chamber is delighted to invite chief executive officers (CEOs) and HR leaders from top-tier companies to present the latest trends and best practices in ESG.
