Mr. Simon Joubert
Simon Joubert is a French Green Building engineer, working to lower energy costs in buildings and processes. He specialises in industrial projects, and works both on new construction and buildings in operation. He has experience as an energy auditor and renewable energy technical designer in France, the UK and China.
Mr. Giuseppe Auguadro

Mr. Giuseppe Auguadro
Giuseppe Auguadro is the General Manager of Ilum China and holds a Master degree in building engineering from Milan Politecnico Univeristy, and attended an MBA at Milan Bocconi University in 2005.
From January 2015 to now, Mr Auguadro is a Chief Executive Officer ( Founder, majority shareholder) of Ilum China, a Chinese WOFE involved in design and construction of photovoltaic power plants on industrial buildings in China.
He is specialized in photovoltaic field with qualification of brokerage for solar panel purchases processes and quality management for large photovoltaic assets. Giuseppe Auguadro actively took part in international solar assets investment operations between China and Europe.
Giuseppe Auguadro combines global business and product knowledge with service development expertise working at board level. He possesses extensive experience of working oversea in Asia, Malaysia and Italy.
Mr. Jean Philippe Delhom
Mr. Jean Philippe Delhom
Jean-Philippe Delhom is an acoustic engineer with more than thirty years of experience graduated from the “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers” in France.
Since 2008 he is an expert witness to the judiciary in acoustic matters at the Court of Appeal (Toulouse, France), where he is regularly assigned to the acoustic files to give his expert opinion and propose solutions.
In 1995, he founded and presides "Delhom Acoustique”, a global and independent acoustic consultancy firm specialized in solving noise and vibration issues.
After consolidating Delhom Acoustique’s position as a French acoustic expert and leader, with projects in Europe, Africa and America, Jean-Philippe Delhom is now based in Shanghai, and since 2014 has been managing the development of its subsidiary "Shanghai Delhom Acoustics Science and Technology Consulting Co.,Ltd.“, 上 海德洛 声学 科技 有限公司.
For over more than twenty years, Delhom Acoustique has acquired and earned an international reputation, recognized by many prestigious clients such as AIRBUS, AIR FRANCE, DANONE, EDF, TOTAL, RIO TINTO, BASF, SIEMENS, SANOFI AVENTIS, CONTINENTAL CLUB MED, BANYAN TREE, HILTON, MAI HOUSE, MARRIOT, STARBUCKS, etc.

Mr. Tommaso Colli

Mr. Tommaso Colli
Tommaso Colli, General Manager of PHC Advisory Shanghai, a company of DP Group. In his role he is responsible for coordinating the company's 5 offices in the Greater China Area in providing their clients with Outsourcing of Back Office Activities, Tax, Accounting and Financial Supervision, Due Diligence and Company Valuations. Prior to his role in PHC, Mr. Colli has obtained extensive experience in roles in the area of Tax, Accounting & Advisory for various small to medium advisory firms in the Chinese marketplace.
His educational background ranges from his native Italy to China as he is a graduate from Bocconi University and Fudan University. He has worked for RsA Asia, C&A, ValueLab, KPMG and Accenture in his storied career. He has also acted as an assistant professor of Chinese Taxation in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Mr. Colli speaks his native Italian, English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Ms. Mandy Du

Ms. Mandy Du
Certificated with Chinese lawyer license and New York bar qualification, Ms. Du now is a senior associate at D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel. The major practice area of Ms. Du includes, environmental law, corporate compliance, FDI, and dispute resolution.
Ms. Du previously worked in an international legal consulting company in Washington DC and top law firm in Shanghai, providing environmental legal services for multinational corporations, listed companies, as well as government authorities.
Graduated from American university Washington College of Law, Ms. Du obtained the Master of Law on International Legal Studies.
Mr. Andreas Eisfelder

Mr. Andreas Eisfelder
Andreas Eisfelder is the Head of Strategy & Business Development of the Energy Management Division in Siemens Greater China.
Eisfelder joined Siemens in 2003 and worked in Siemens in a wide range of countries: Germany, Peru, Colombia Chile, and finally joined the China team in 2016.
Eisfelder graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München with a Master's Degree in Economics.
