This combination of resources and energy carbon reduction measures has an important reference significance for the choice of China's resource strategy and energy strategy, and also has a guiding role for enterprises engaged in waste recycling.
碳中和的大环境下欧盟和产业前沿展开了包括电子电器废弃物回收技术的研究，特别关注于太阳能板、电动汽车、电池、电子线路板中高附加值稀土元素和稀有金属的回收利用技术，此项结合了资源和能源减碳的措施对我国资源战略和能源战略的选择有着重要的借鉴意义，对从事废弃物回收利用的国内企业也有方向性的指导作用。
