In the era of rapid development and uncertainty, although the leaders have rich professional ability and also have the power given by the organization, they still feel very hard to handle the issues with the young generation of employees (Post-90, Post-00). Some employees are obviously capable, but they perform careless; some employees have been taken care, but they seem not to be grateful; some employees have no objections in the decision-making, but they find the excuse and do not implement the decision. It seems that we have a lot of abilities, but still can't lead our people very well.
