As an indispensable pillar of diversity and inclusion strategy, human resources management strive to facilitate equal employment opportunities. Various good practices among different industries have been implemented to promote the integration of people with disabilities, but this all starts with a match between the companies’ needs and the skills set of disabled workers on the market.
