InterChina and Taylor Wessing are delighted to once again host their annual business forecast. Joint Working Group Meeting with SAC on Revised Standardisation Law (Chinese Session)

The long-awaited, revised Standardisation Law was promulgated by the National People’s Congress on 4 November, 2017, bringing significant changes to the previous standardisation system. This is a fundamental piece of legislation that will impact a wide range of sectors.
