As of the beginning of the second half of 2022, the distress among many Chinese property developers goes on, home sales are in a significant decline, concerns about employment grow, in general the property sector shows limited signs of improvement. At the same time, policy easing has been spreading across cities gradually, and some cities have started to show positive signs.
