The European Chamber has received some feedback from members that they have encountered difficulty in arranging social insurance for employees in different locations where the company hasn’t set up the legal entity and the HR agencies would no longer provide the service of paying social insurance contribution for employees according to the local inspection of the Social Security and Human Resources Bureau.

Faced with a complex international situation, tensions and turbulence continued to affect the chemical and energy industries in China.
