Graduated in Law at the University of Teramo (Italy), he then subsequently obtained a Masters’ degree in Corporate Advisor at LUISS University in Rome and a Diploma in Chinese Studies at Nanjing Normal University and is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
Mr. D’Andrea arrived in China in 2005 and is fluent in Italian (mother tongue), English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. He mainly deals with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, assistance in ODI/FDI and intellectual property rights.
He is also acting as National Vice President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.

Adam’s career has focussed on trade & investment promotion, advocacy and association management. As the European Chamber’s secretary general, he is responsible for the overall implementation of its objectives, visibility, membership and advocacy activities across its 7 chapters and 9 offices in China (Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Nanjing,
Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shenyang and Tianjin).

Adam first joined the Chamber in 2006. He served first as the senior business manager, later as Beijing general manager, and since 2013 as the secretary general.

Previously, he worked a commercial officer at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing, 2000-2004 and in 2012 he worked at APCO, a consulting firm, as deputy managing director. Since 2012 he serves as a board member and a rotating chair of the EU SME Centre. From 2014-2017 and again from 2023 he serves as vice chair of the European Business Organisation Worldwide Network, a legally registered NGO that represents European advocacy organisations based in over 50 countries.

Adam holds dual British and Canadian citizenship. He holds an M.A.in International Development
from the International University of Japan, and B.A in foreign languages from the University of
Victoria.

He also covers our full range of multidisciplinary services, from consulting, risk & financial & tax advisory and audit & assurance, offering to Multinational Clients in China.
Jens has received the ‘Magnolia Silver Award’ from the Shanghai Government in September 2021, recognizing foreign business leaders for their special and outstanding contribution to the City’s development. He is also a Board member at the EUCCC Shanghai and the National Vice-Chair of the Investment Working group at the EU Chamber in China.
Prior to moving to China, he has been working in numerous countries always in professional services, such as France, Hungary, Vietnam and Indonesia. He hold a Master degree from University Paris X Dauphine in Business & Finance and a Diploma of Political Science from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. He also attended numerous executive programs at IMD and Insead. He is married to Christine and calls France his home.

Amy Niu serves as the National Vice Chair of the Energy Working Group, European Chamber, and the Vice President of Iraeta Energy Equipment, a prominent Spanish multinational company in global renewable energy sector. Focusing on Global Strategy and Asian Marketing, Amy leverages over a decade of experience across China, Spain, and North America.
Her significant contributions to 8 national industry standards highlight her deep technical expertise. She served a multitude of onshore, offshore and floating wind power projects with including Goldwind, Envision, SGRE, Vestas, GE and so on, and also played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Reducel. She provides her wind power expertise as an advisor for the Spain and China Council Foundation, fostering industry knowledge exchange.
Her multicultural upbringing, born in China and educated in Canada, bolsters her role in bridging cooperation between Chinese enterprises and the government. Her distinctive international perspective and depth of experience make Amy a driving force in the renewable energy industry.

Background:
Dakai leads KPMG’s Forensic Technology team in Shanghai and he has over 13 years of combined experiences in providing Cyber Incident Response, E-Discovery and Data Analysis services. He stared his career in KPMG Holland and relocated to Shanghai in year 2011.

Relevant Experience:
Dakai started his Forensic Technology career at KPMG The Netherlands and has been working with different teams across Europe ever since. He was on various international projects where he spent years working in UK, German, Belgium for projects serving different large multinational corporations.

In 2011, Dakai relocated to KPMG’s Shanghai office, where he continued to provide technology solutions to oversea companies as well as supporting engagements in regards to internal auditors, cyber security, risk and compliance, fraud prevention/detection, anti-corruption practices, FCPA and UK-Bribery compliance, due diligence, data acquisition and preservation, Anti Money Laundry, litigation support engagements.

Dakai lead various Digital investigation engagements in China to assist client and its external counsel exploring facts lay beneath different ERP data sources. He has significant knowledge working with different local ERP packages as well as global ERP solutions to identify, extract, map, modelling, analysis and visualizing data from different angles, transform such information into meaningful business interpretations.

Dakai combines his extensive knowledge of data analytics with his system development skills to assist clients from various industries. Including provide information system solution to meet client’s specific requirements on fraud/loss prevention and detection related issues.

Dakai also specialized in E-Discovery by assisting clients and their internal and external counsels to collect, preserve and analyze large volume of structural and un-structural data. He provides technical inside and identifies factual findings in related to various commercial investigations and litigations. Over the past years, Dakai has been leading numerous large E-Discovery projects in China for pharmaceutical companies.

In the past few years, Dakai helped clients investigate urgent cyber breaches such as ransomeware, phishing attacks, etc. by providing Incident Response service in Mainland China.
