The best way to enhance an organization’s inclusive leadership is by empowering and coaching others. The skills of navigating through the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) can be used in formal or informal coaching as well as in everyday life; both personal and professional.
This event focuses on a very experiential sharing from hundreds of executive coaching engagements in 2018-2019 with IECL. The analysis and cases will cover individual cases engagements as well as sizeable coaching culture practices. This will be a very insightful sharing that you don’t want to miss out.
