供应商质量管理

质量控制和质量管理在供应商管理中扮演着非常重要的角色,随着社会生产力的发展,社会分工越来越细,专业化程度也越来越高,供应商质量管理的重要性日益凸现,由供应商提供的原材料直接关系着最终产品的质量,因而原材料的质量已成为多米诺骨牌中的第一张。无论是采购工程师还是质量工程师,都必须从采购和质量两个角度对供应商进行管理。
本课程就是本着这个原则——质量和采购——展开供应商质量管理的,向学员讲解丰富的采购中的质量问题,包括了采购和质量的战略分析,供应商全面质量管理,采购质量检验和质量控制技术,供应商质量管理是供应商管理的一个环节,供应商管理是流程管理的一部分,因而,本课程的切入点是公司内部的供应商管理,目的是高瞻远瞩,使供应商质量管理人员从更高的视野看问题。课程的另一特点是以大量的案例做支撑。
