In order to further establish and improve the accident investigation and evaluation system, Shanghai is working to formulate the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Implementation of Rectification and Prevention Measures of Production Safety Accidents in Shanghai". European Chamber invited Ms Shui Yunhai, third-level researcher of the Investigation, Evaluation and Statistics Department of Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau, to interpret the policy for the PCR WG membes.
