Dear Working Group Member,
We are pleased to invite HR professionals to the HR Forum Workshop on Thursday, June 5th at the Decathlon-Oxylane Group office in Shenzhen.
The topic of the workshop is ‘Salary Proposal and Evaluation: How to Create the Right Salary Proposal for the Right Profile’.Numerous factors are taken into account when determining an employee’s salary. What are those factors and how do you know if your salary proposal is suitable for the candidate or existing employee? Workshop participants will discuss the best ways to balance organizational needs and individual considerations.
