Mr. Alexander Özbahadir, Managing Director of Jungheinrich in China is going to present a case study about how a global strategy was successfully implanted in the Chinese organization with the systematic support of organizational and personnel development. He is going to show how the organization - with the help of training and coaching - transformed to an effective and high performing service orientated unit. At the discussion he will share his lessons learned, the do´s and don´ts and he is going to give an outlook in their future plans.

Alexander Özbahadir is the Managing Director of Jungheinreich Lift Truck (Shanghai). He worked from 2008 to 2010 as Sales and Marketing Director in the same company and improved successfully the company´s internal operations, ensured high quality lift trucks and delivered services to customers. With his deep experience he is an expert in how global strategy was successfully implanted in the Chinese organization and his aim is to share with you his knowledge about relevant Key Decisive Factors and how Mid-Managers can transform to become fit for leadership and more.
