The IPR Working Group
The IPR Working Group consists of European enterprises, law firms, and consultants engaged in anti-counterfeiting work and research on IPR-related legal matters. It monitors IPR developments in China and raises concerns before Chinese and European authorities in relation to the protection and enforcement of IPR. The Working Group serves as a bridge between the business community and European diplomatic presence in China, through the European Delegation and EU Embassies, and maintains dialogue with Chinese Government agencies and judicial authorities through workshops and bilateral meetings.
