IBFD is pleased to announce the third lecture in its Tax Lecture Series. The lecture is titled “Allocation of Taxing Rights on Income from Cross-Border (Indirect) Sale of Shares” and will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Jan de Goede, Senior Principal at IBFD.
The lecture will be complemented by a speech held by an official of the Chinese State Administration of Taxation (SAT), and a panel discussion.
The IBFD Tax Lecture Series consists of six lectures that will be held once every six months in various locations around the world. All lectures will be held in the English language. At each lecture a renowned tax expert will deliver a speech on an interesting and topical issue in the field of international taxation.
