赵明先生于2015年1月加入毕马威，之前在海关工作超过12年。先后从事进出口、稽查等工作，对海关通关、税收征管、后续稽查、缉私等管理法规的适用和执行有着全面的了解，曾多次参与并组织推动加贸企业盘库核销、保税核查、特许权专项稽查、价格磋商等工作，曾为天津海关稽查专家组成员，参与多起天津海关重大稽查事项的研讨、敏感疑难案件的审核等工作。
Mr. Lucien Zhao joined KPMG in January 2015 and he had worked in customs for more than 12 years. He has been engaged in import, export, inspection and other works, and has a comprehensive understanding of the application and enforcement of customs clearance, tax collection, follow-up inspection, smuggling management and other regulations. He also organized and promoted several inventory checks, bonded verification, special inspection of franchise, and price negotiation of processing trade enterprises. He was a member of the Tianjin Customs Audit Expert Group and participated in the discussions on several major audit items of Tianjin Customs and the inspection of sensitive and difficult cases.
