Cece has over seven years of recruitment experience focusing on mid to senior level positions across the manufacturing industry. Having set up the Supply Chain team in Hays Guangzhou, she now leads two high performing teams that recruits in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing and Operations roles across all industries, including FMCG, retail, electronics, chemical, and import & export businesses. She focuses on recruiting key supply chain talents for MNCs and SMEs to lead their change implementation projects; as well as domestic companies seeking to establish advanced supply chain systems.
